  1. Rings of the Magi can be run directly from DOS or from Windows.  To run the
  2. game from DOS, simply unzip or copy all program files to a directory on your
  3. hard drive.  Then type ROTM to start the game.

  5. To play the game from Windows, run WINSETUP from Windows Program Manager
  6. or Windows95.  If WINSETUP does not work properly, make sure there is a
  7. file in the ROTM directory called WINSETUP.INF.  If there is a file called
  8. SETUP.INF, rename that to WINSETUP.INF.
  9.  
  10. If you have downloaded ROTM and have unzipped the files to a temporary
  11. directory, make sure that you tell WINSETUP to install ROTM to a directory
  12. other than the one in which you have unzipped the files.
  13.  
  14. For complete information on the game, print the manual by typing
  15. COPY ROTM.DOC PRN from the DOS prompt.
